2017年7月。ラスベガス2日目。
午前中はセスナでグランドキャニオンのサウスリム半日観光
午後はストラトスフィア・タワーまで 徒歩で往復(10km)
したりして、18時半にBellagioに戻ってきましたw
ではカンクン・ラスベガスの旅、最後のディナーへ。
最後の夜はホテル内の『Picasso』さんで頂く事にしました。
他にもホテル内で行きたいレストランが沢山あったのですが、
2泊3日ラスベガスの強行軍なので仕方ありませんw
20時予約で入店。
こちらのお店、店内に本物のピカソの絵画が何点も飾られて
いるみたいで、うっかり酔っぱらって粗相しようもんならと
思うと、ちょっと恐怖w
そんな緊張感をよそに、自分のすぐ真後ろの壁にピカソの絵
(多分本物)が飾られてるテーブル席に案内されました。汗
明菜ちゃんの Tango Noir 風に後ろに体をのけぞらせた地点
で、人生オワタ確定です。
(※実際はそこまで絵は近くないけどw)
ちなみに、、、店内の内装や雰囲気的には、ニューヨークの
『Le Bernardin』に近い印象があったかも。
では、酔っぱらわない程度にシャンパンで乾杯~♪

Wine Pairing($73)も合わせてお願いしました。
(↑緊張してるとか言いながら結局飲む人。)

自分のメインはオヒョウ(大カレイ)のソテー、友人はラム
をチョイスしました。 デザートも選べて、自分はオレンジ
シブーストショートケーキにしました。友人はアプリコット
グラッセ。
料理ですが、少量で多皿という感じではなく、ボリュームの
ある料理が5、6皿という感じ。
最近皿数が多すぎて、せせこましい流れになるパターンが
多いけど、コレだとゆったり食事もできて、良かったです。
味に関しても全て文句なしです。アメリカのレストランって
心のどこかで正直期待しきれてない部分もあった気がします
が、フォアグラにしても魚料理にしても、火入れが絶妙で、
他の食材との組み合わせもバッチリ♪
あと、自分のテーブルについてくれたスタッフのおもてなし
が、何から何まで神対応で(とにかくよく気が効きます!)
こちらが恐縮するほど。ワインに関しても、なぜこの料理に
合わせたか等、わかりやすく細やかに説明してくれて初心者
の自分も聞き入ってしまいました。
こんな感じで、今回の旅、最後のディナーは大満足な内容で
良い一日の締めくくりになりました。
ごちそうさまでした!
<余談>
さて、大満足のディナーを終え、カジノに向かったのですが
暫くして、店に財布を忘れてきた事が発覚w(人生二度目)
速攻でレストランに戻ったら、お店の方がしっかりと守って
くれていました。(泣)
アメリカで落し物をしても、落とした場所の運さえ良ければ
ちゃんと戻ってくるんですねw(感謝)
