Mentaiko OMUSUBI
An omusubi filled with seasoned cod roe and sprinkled with aonori (green seaweed). The seaweed is similar to unsalted Korean nori, and the rice is lightly seasoned with salt and cooked to a soft texture.
Shiso Ume OMUSUBI
An omusubi filled with tangy plum paste and fresh shiso (perilla) leaves, offering a refreshing and slightly sour taste.
Edamame
Plain, without any added salt.
Japanese Pickles
Shibazuke-style pickles.
Spicy Cucumber
Lightly seasoned, kimchi-style cucumbers.
While they all have a Japanese influence, the quality doesn't quite match authentic Japanese standards. However, the variety of toppings and the convenient style of omusubi seem to be popular in the US as well.

おむすびは常時15種類＋αの具材が揃い、その他、うどん、ゆずポークベリー、スモークサーモンロール、サイドメニューなどがある。
好きなおむすび2個＋枝豆＋漬物＋ピリ辛キュウリが入った「BENTO BOX (＄14)」は、テイクアウトにぴったりなセットメニュー。
味やクォリティはそれなりだが、豊富なラインナップで作りたての温かいおむすびがアメリカ人にはうけている様子。
