Fragrant Smoked Seafood Made with the Freshest Catches

Established in 1907, Pike Place Market is Seattle's original farmers market and a popular destination for both locals and tourists, offering a wide range of locally sourced, artisanal, and specialty foods.

It's packed with fresh fish markets, produce stands, grocery stores, pastry shops, and restaurants, and nearby, you'll also find the original Starbucks store.

Located within Pike Place Market, Pure Food Fish Market was established in 1911 and offers fresh, locally caught seafood, as well as smoked and other processed products.

Fresh Alderwood Smoked Salmon・$42.50 PER POUND～
Smoked salmon that highlights the rich flavor of Northwest King Salmon, infused with the bold aroma of alderwood chips. It's perfectly cured in salt and smoked in a smokehouse near the market.

Smoked Scallops・$49.50 PER POUND～
Tender smoked scallops featuring delicate meat that gently pulls apart, releasing the smoky aroma and rich flavor that fills your mouth with every bite.

Smoked Mussels・$39.50 PER POUND～

シアトル初のファーマーズマーケットとして1907年に創設されたパイク･プレイス･マーケットは、地元の人々や観光客に人気のスポット。

市場内には新鮮な魚介類を扱う店や、青果店、食料品店、ペストリーショップ、レストランがひしめき合っており、すぐ近くにはスターバックス１号店やパイクプレイス･チャウダーのような人気店も多い。

パイク･プレイス･マーケット内に位置するピュアフード･フィッシュマーケットは、1911年の創業。新鮮な地元産の魚介類や、燻製品などの加工品を提供している人気店。

Fresh Alderwood Smoked Salmon・1ポンド $42.50
北西部産のキングサーモンの豊かな風味を引き出したスモークサーモン。アメリカではおなじみのアルダーウッドチップの力強い香りが印象的。ここのスモークは、市場近くのスモークハウスで塩漬けから燻製までの加工がされている。

Smoked Scallops (1ポンド $49.50)、Smoked Mussels (1ポンド $39.50)なども、少量から買えるので、いろいろ試したい場合には好都合。ホテルや部屋に戻って、好みの飲み物と一緒に絶品スモークが楽しめる。
