Xi'an and Sichuan-style Chinese Cuisine

Located on University Way NW, on the west side of the University of Washington campus, it's lined with a variety of restaurants and shops.
As the name suggests, this restaurant serves cuisine from the Xi'an region of China, as well as Sichuan dishes.

A replica of Xi'an's historic Terracotta Warrior statues (兵馬俑) adorns the entrance of the restaurant.

The ordering system allows you to place orders from your own device by scanning a QR code.

Szechuan Dand an noodles (Ground Pork)・$10.99

Traditional Sichuan-style Dry Dan Dan Noodles
Minced meat miso with pickles, topped with bok choy and a generous drizzle of chili oil in a soy sauce-based dressing. Garnished with green onions.
The key is to mix the toppings, straight noodles, and sauce thoroughly before eating.

鸡肉丝炒饭
Stir-fried rice with a light and fluffy texture, featuring finely chopped chicken, carrots, green peas, and eggs, all infused with a savory soy sauce flavor. Served with a soy sauce-flavored soup.

このお店があるワシントン大学キャンパスの西側にあるUniversity Way NWは、アメリカンはもちろん、イタリアン、チャイニーズ、アジアン、日本食、インド、中東料理などの様々なレストランが立ち並ぶエリア。

Taste of Xi'an／西安味道は、その名の通り中国・西安地方や四川料理を提供するお店。
入口には、西安の歴史的な兵馬俑のレプリカが飾られていて、広々とした店内は学生から家族連れまで幅広い客層で賑わう。
注文は、QRコードをスキャンして自分のデバイスから行うシステム。

四川担々麺や炒飯は、本格的な西安・四川風ではなく、辛さや塩気は日本人にもちょうどいい塩梅。食べやすくておいしい味。

料理はだいたいアメリカの一般的な中華料理店の平均的なクォリティ。気軽に四川風中華料理が楽しめるレストラン。
