2017年4月。
ディナーで上海にある『熬八年台湾火锅』さんへ♪
蘇州を中心に展開する人気の台湾火鍋のお店みたいなのですが、
上海でもこちらで頂く事ができます。
中国のレストランってお客があふれかえって、話す事もデカイ
印象があったのですが、ココのお店は広いし綺麗ですね〜
では火鍋の注文。
ベースのスープは何種類かの中から選べたと思いますが、定番
のものをお願いしました。
鴛鴦火鍋の一方に漢方のあっさり系スープが入っていて、もう
片方には唐辛子味噌(辣醤?)が入っていたような。
あと具材をアレコレ注文。
野菜、ホルモン、牛肉、ラム肉、海鮮系。豆苗は自分でカット
して鍋に投入するスタイルでコレはコレで面白いかも〜♪
ちなみにつけダレですが、材料を置いたカウンターで自分好み
のつけダレを作るスタイルです。秘伝味噌や唐辛子、醤油、酢
など、いろんなものが用意されています。
(とりあえず秘伝味噌は欠かさずに入れておきましたw)
では鍋を頂きます。
味に関しては普通に美味しいです。つけダレを辛めに設定した
ので、どの食材もとても食べやすかったです。
特にホルモンが美味しかったかな♪
ちなみに、、、鸭血(アヒルの血を固めたもの)や豚の脳みそ
を追加注文。ガクガクブルブル
(もちろん鍋にじっくり浸かってもらってから頂きますw)
豚の脳みそは、、、たらの白子的な感じかな。脳みそと思って
しまうと拒絶反応が起こりそうなので、これはタラの白子だと
マインドコントロールして頂きました。美味しかったですw
