デンマーク初日の夜は、コペンハーゲン市内にある
『KADEAU』さんへ。ミシュラン☆☆になります。
お店の説明を聞きながら、松ぼっくり等を酢漬けに
した瓶を並べた棚やオープンキッチンを眺めながら
テーブル席に案内。

しっかりとした味わいの料理もあれば、北欧らしい
酸味のアクセントを効かせた料理も挟んでくるので、
口内環境は終始サッパリな感じで後味良き♪
個人的に酸味のある料理が好きなので、とても好み
でした。あと、シャンパンを途中で挟むスタイルも
自分は好きかも。
ちなみに一番印象に残ったのはバローロに合わせた
舞茸パイとエイジドポークという流れ。
ドンピシャでテンション↑
ホスピタリティも最高で大満足な夜になりました♪
