2019年3月。バルセロナ最終日。
日中バルセロナ市内を観光して、夕方に『Casa Fuster』に戻り、
ひと休みしてからディナーに出陣。
最後の夜って事で、今回はバルセロナで初めてミシュラン☆☆☆
を獲得した『Lasarte』へ(Monument Hotel 1Fにあります。)
※もちろん2019年度版も☆☆☆です。
スターシェフ・Martin Berasategui 氏が手掛けるレストランで
本拠地の、サンセバスティアン都市圏・ラサルテ=オリアにある
『Restaurant Martín Berasategui』も勿論☆☆☆です。
(『Lasarte』のシェフはPaolo Casagrande氏です。)
20時45分予約で店内へ。
テーブル席に案内され、まずはcavaで乾杯〜♪

※翌朝3時にホテルをチェックアウトしないといけなかったので
お酒はコレだけにしておきました。(残念)
ではコースへ。今回はLASARTE MENUをお願いしました。
(1人215€になります。)
コース内容は以下になります。
☆Appetizers
☆Slices of lberian presa on foie-gras curd,
tarama oyster and mustard ice cream
☆Smoked squid ink risotto and lemon seafood
☆Red prawn on a seabed, fennel and coral emulsion
☆Roasted Virrey Fish with clams pil-pil, velvet crab
and Champagne with a fine hazelnut cream
☆Charcoal ox fillet, artichokes and tubers
with shallot and Port wine sauce
☆Ginger and passion fruit sorbet with coconut and carrot
☆Almond and salt praline, apricot and rum ice cream
☆Petits-fours
味付けは全体的に(前半〜中盤まで)しっかりめ(濃いめ?)の
印象でしたが、それぞれメインの食材の味をしっかり堪能できる
ので重く感じる事はなかったです。帰国前夜じゃなければ色んな
ワインと一緒に頂きたかったけど。。。泣
特に印象的だったのはメインの魚と肉で、火入れが絶妙。食感も
良く、とても美味しかったです。
あとデザートもどれも美味しかったなぁ。
見た目も美しく、プレゼンテーションも適度に遊び心が垣間見れ
テンション↑。最後の夜にココを選んで良かったです。
フロアスタッフもとてもスマートな接客で、結構人数もいるので
堅苦しい感じなのかな?と思いきや、全然そんな事もなく、終始
楽しく食事ができました。
食事後は厨房に案内してくれて、シェフのPaolo Casagrande氏
と日本人の女性スタッフと一緒に撮影して頂きました。
いつかチャンスがあれば『Restaurant Martín Berasategui』も
訪問してみたいです。
