1987年に上海で一号店をオープン、最盛期は中国各地をはじめ、香港、東京などに30店以上を展開していた上海料理店。
尖沙咀海濱花園/Tsim Sha Tsui Promenadeにもほど近いロケーションで、エントランスからダイニングまで洗練されたインテリアで統一。通路の壁一面に大きなワインセラーを備え、ダイニングの海側は一面ガラス張りでビクトリア・ハーバーが一望できる絶好のロケーション。
接待や会食などにも対応できる高級感があって、モダンな上海料理が楽しめるのに、お値段は思ったよりもリーズナブル。前菜・點心・デザートは$50前後、メインも$100前後の価格帯。もちろんフカヒレや大閘蟹、北京ダックはそれなりの覚悟が必要です。

黒酢の酢豚。ひと口大の豚バラの角切りにコクのある黒酢ソースがよく絡んでおいしい。エリンギのスライス入り。

辛さ控えめのインゲンの炒めもの。インゲンのサクサクとした歯触りに、香ばしい醤油の風味。
