中華料理で世界初のミシュラン三つ星を獲得を獲得した広東料理店「龍景軒/Lung King Heen(2023年度は二つ星)」の點心チーフを務めたMak Kwai Puiシェフが、2009年に香港の下町・深水埗にオープンさせた人気の點心專門店「添好運」。
オープン翌年にはミシュラン一つ星を獲得。「世界でもっとも安いミシュラン星獲得レストラン」として評価され、現在は香港をはじめ、シンガポール、中国、台湾、韓国、日本、タイ、フィリピン、アメリカ、オーストラリアなど13か国に展開。
香港エアポートエクスプレス(機場快線)の香港駅そばにあるこちらの支店は、終日いろいろな国の人による行列の絶えない人気店。
一人客はガンガン相席で案内されるので席効率がよく、オペレーションも確立しているので回転もよく、列は常に動いている印象です。
メニューは本店・支店ともだいたい同じような感じですが、ここのお店は點心一品の値段が数ドルくらいお高めに設定。
Alipayは使えますが、クレジットはNGなので要注意。

添好運の看板メニューは、チャーシュー入り菠蘿包(パイナップルパン≒メロンパン)。ほんのりと甘いサクサク生地のパンの中には甘辛いチャーシュー餡。甘いのとしょっぱいのが一緒になった不思議な味。このメニューは添好運がオリジナル。

骨付きの豚スペアリブの豆鼓蒸し。豆鼓のコクとほどよい塩気がおいしい一品。肉は骨際が旨い。

Glutinous rice dumpling
點心では定番のちまきの一種。蓮の葉に包まれたもち米の中には醤油ベースのタレで味付けされた鶏肉が。蓮の葉の香りが漂うクラシックな味わい。結構ボリュームがあるので要注意。
杞子桂花糕・$12

キンモクセイの香りが広がるクコの実入りのゼリー。
エキナカのテナント店舗ですが、點心はどれも本店同様にキッチリ手作り。點心は一品$18~34(≒250円~480円)程度とリーズナブルなのに味は本格的。
エアポートのターミナル1で何洪記(Ho Hung Kee)の雲吞麵に行くか、翡翠拉麺小籠包(Crystal Jade)で小籠包&担々麺を楽しむか、はたまたエアポートエクスプレスに乗る前に(or 乗ってきて)香港駅でここの點心を満喫するのか…とても悩ましくて贅沢な選択肢です。
