Then for the gran finale.. was the beautiful raspberry sorbet topped with raspberries, pomegranates and stuffed with blackberries. I almost died, so delicious, light and fruity, not to mention absolutely beautiful. The Japanese really know how to end it.

Well I have not been to many NYC omakase menus of this caliber, so I don't have a lot to compare it too, but I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the service and would recommend it to anyone.
