今回の金沢の夜ご飯は、食べログで色々と検索してこちらに決定。
地元客にも、人気のがあるとのこと。週末は予約必須との情報源元に、
10日前に予約のTELを入れたところ、PM6時までに入店してもらえるなら可能、との解答なので即押さえて貰いました。
6時ジャストの入店、カウンターまで満席。(私の席は空けてくれていました)
まずは、生ビール。突き出しはバイ貝の煮付け。
メニューで刺身もブリとかありましたが、色々入った盛り合わせを注文。
専用の箱には、鯛が昆布じめされていました。その昆布〆鯛・赤身と甘エビとブリ入り。
加賀レンコンの天麩羅です。抹茶塩と普通の塩で頂きます。普通のものより食感がよくてお酒に合います、
そして加賀野菜の代表格「金時草」のお浸し。
金時草は、葉の色に特徴があり、表面が濃い緑色に対し、裏は鮮やかな紫色をしています。湯がくと紫の色素が出てキレイ、歯ごたえがシャキシャキとした感じです。
今回1番楽しみにしていたのが「香箱かに」。
北陸地方で獲れる雌のズワイガニ。小ぶりな外見の中には、茶色の外子(そとこ)と呼ばれるつぶつぶの卵、そして味噌の部分であるオレンジ色の内子(うちこ)を持つ。小さな分だけ味わいは濃厚で旨味もたっぷりです。
まさに北陸の味。
地酒も種類あって、やや辛口が好みと伝えると天狗舞を薦めてくれました。程よい飲み口でとても美味しかったです。
普段食べれないような、加賀料理がしっとりと堪能出来る、そんなお店です!!
