地元百貨店でのイタリア展催事、国内、本場イタリアからお店が出展して賑わってます。
大好きなこちらのお店も出店してます、しかも最終まで3日間は笹島シェフが来られるということで狙って訪問しました。前回お店直接訪問以来2年ぶり。
イベント会場の一角のイートインスペース、大行列で30分待ちです。百貨店なので先に注文お会計。
会場限定ワンプレート(1990円)と白ワイン(600円)をオーダー。
厨房近くの席へ案内。チラリと厨房が見え、笹島シェフがフライパンを振っている姿が見えました。
直カウンターでは奥様もいらして、指揮をとってられているので従業員の士気が上がって凄く活気が湧いてます、流石です。
ちょっと話す機会があったので、お話すると覚えていてくださり感動でした。
会場限定ワンプレート内容は
採れたて野菜のサラダ、新鮮そのものでシャキシャキ。
柔らかい鶏ローストパン粉焼き。本当に柔らかい・・鶏ムネなのに超~~しっとりして上品な口当たり。
スダチの泡で、飾られて見た目も美しい!!!!!
茄子とトマトのタリオーニ。
平打ち麺で、ソースとの相性がばっちり、麺の食感がエッジが効いているようかのバツグンの湯で具合。流石です。
もう1皿食べれる美味しさ。
あまりにも美味しくて、退店後は同イベントのワイン角打ちでガッツリのみました。
ちょっと感動、京都は行来たいお店が多すぎて・・
ここもまた訪問したい1軒です。
