2017年6月おがわさんに半年ぶりの再訪。
この日は、マイレビさんで仲良くさせて頂いているjetsailさんを
お誘いしての二人きりの男子会^^v
8時30分からの予約に合わせて二人で店内に案内されると、
相も変わらずの常連さんたちのオーラで覆い尽くされております。
ただ、この一体感というか雰囲気が心地いいんですよね。
まずは、ビールで乾杯。
いつものごとく、これでもかというほどに丁寧にうすはりグラスに
注がれてやってきます。クリーミーな泡が仕事の疲れをとってくれます。
アラカルトであれやこれやと注文していきます。
まずは、お造りの盛り合わせを(2500円~)
この日はカツオと鱧と鯛。鰹はタタキを塩で。これに辛子を付けて食べます。
初鰹のさっぱりとした身質が辛子とあいます。ハモは生で、鯛も甘味のある
上質なもの。山葵がまた美味い!!
前菜は、アテを。白バイ貝の煮つけ(500円)
これまた予想大きく裏切る形状で登場。普通の食堂なら、爪楊枝と一緒
に出てくるものですが、でかすぎるそいつを小川さんが丁寧に抜き取って
カットされてます!肝が旨い!味付けも甘辛いものではなく、最小限の
塩気のみ。悶絶級!!
焼物は、過去の訪問では未食だった八幡巻(1600円)
めちゃくちゃ味の濃い太いごぼうにうなぎの香りがドッキング。
食材の組み合わせをシンプルに味合えます。たまりません。
揚物は、こちらのスペシャリテと言っても過言ではない唐揚げ(600円)
これは揚物なのかと思うほどあっさりあがっています。なお、唐揚げ定食
はありません(笑)
ここから、もう少し追加。
カラスミ餅(2個600円)、鴨ハム(1200円)、出汁巻き(500円)を追加。
すべてがうまい。本当にそうとしか言いようがないんです・・・。
〆は感激・驚愕するレベルに激ウマなじゃこチャーハン(800円)
パラパラじゃありません、しっとりしていてうまいのです。
この日のお酒は、ビール→シャンパン→カヴァ→しめに赤ワインとハイボール
という流れで二人で楽しみました。このあたりはワイン通のjetsailさんにお任せ
しておけば間違いなかったのでありがたや。どのお料理にも合いました。
しかしまあ、本当に美味しい食堂です。
ただ、とにかく予約が取れません。次回予約は取らせていただけませんでした。
今後、数回、定期的に通っているレベルでは、次回予約は取らせてもらえない
かもしれません。他の方も同じように断られていました。
こちらのお店は、一見はまずいないので、感覚的に、かなりの常連さんに
連れて行ってもらうくらいしか難しいお店になってしまったのかなと。
他府県の常連さんが多くて、我々のような地元民が入れない状況に申し訳
ないとおっしゃって下さいました。京都の人気店の宿命でしょうか・・・。
いつか、大将が思い描いてらっしゃる気軽に暖簾をくぐれて地元民で
あふれる美味しい食堂になることを祈っております。
