以前、福島バルの際に伺おうと思っていたつま美さん☆
その時は、予約なしで突撃してみたら、
2Fだったらいけるけど、カウンターはちょーどイパーイみたいな。
カウンターの方が、大将の手さばきやら仕事ぶりをライブで見れるということだったので、
改めて予約して後日突撃することに。
席は、もちろん1Fのカウンターで(^v^)v
メヌーは、にぎりや、その他のアラカルトメヌーをオーダーすることもできるけど、
せっかくだったんで、日ごとに変わるおまかせコースを。
おまかせコースは、1800円から1万円まで、こちらの予算に合わせてお願いできまつ。
3000円~4000円のコースが多いとのことだったので、
4000円コースチョイスで(^0^)

「造里4種盛り合わせ」は、
平目は、その弾力を楽しんで~。
トロの部分を使った間八は、ブリンとしつこくない脂がウマス。
初鰹は、適度に脂のノリ。
本鮪は、上品な赤身で。
「タコやわらか煮」は、
やわらかさが半端ネェ!!
つーか、史上最高にやらこい。
甘うま~い煮汁がしゅんでまたうんま~>q<
「のどぐろ干物」は、
丸ごとバリッと♪
上からまぶしてあるレッドペッパーとの相性もなかなか♪
「米沢牛A4ランク イチボステーキ」は、
目の前の厨房でフランベしてフライパンでちょい蒸しで仕上げられまつ。
ミディアムレアーな焼き加減のおにきゅを、
あっさりポン酢でささっといただきまつ(^0^)
「赤身」や「中トロ」は
さっとお醤油で。
「真蛸」は
タレで。
「生トリ貝」は、
目の前で大将がバンっとまな板にたたきつけると
うにょ~んと(☆0☆)
「サーモン」は、
ネギ塩で。
「イカ」は、
塩で。
〆のきゅうり巻であっさり満腹~(^∞^)
料理終了は、大将の「以上で終了です!」の声と同時にたくあんで♪
いやー、ぶっちゃけ、こりはスバラシス(^▽^)
4000円でこんだけ楽しめるたぁー、萌え萌え(´ω`)
