鮨店とやきとり店の二毛作の当店だが、やきとり店が間も無く終了との事で急ぎ訪問。
メニューは期間限定 おまかせ 和食と串焼きのコース ¥7.700(税込)一択。
初めはハートランド瓶 ¥770。
やきとりメニューは基本的に6種。
通しで全種で20以上有るらしい。
お通しは群馬県産枝豆 静岡の井田塩振り。身がしっかりと入り美味く、スペシャルな塩が豆の甘味を引き立てる。
2品目は蒸し海老、卵焼き。才巻き海老の甘味が際立つ。
3品目のツマミは刺身6点盛り。
紫雲丹、シマアジ、ノドグロ炙り、水タコ、生本鮪、銀鱈。これだけで酒が3杯は飲める。
日本酒おすすめ5種セットの1杯目は栄光富士 風刃 爽やかかつ力強さが有る。
お次はカマスの塩水漬けの炭火焼き。余分な水分が抜けてカマスの味が引き立つ。
お酒2杯目は日置桜 純米 濃厚で飲み応えが有る。
鶏つくねの吸い物。淡い出汁と鶏つくねのマリアージュが楽しい。
お酒3杯目は群馬泉 山廃純米。そろそろ怪しくなって来た。
お次のツマミは合鴨スモーク 新玉葱添え。
続いて夏野菜の冷やし鉢 爽やかだがコクの有る出汁がツマミになる。
やきとり1本目は胸肉の振袖。 初めての肉の部位。適度に脂が乗ってふっくらジューシーで美味い。
最後は新潟 鶴の友。
2本目はソリと内モモ(赤身) 旨みが濃く弾力の有る食感が心地良い。
3本目 豚タンのネギ塩。ネギが脂を中和してサッパリと食べられる。
お酒4杯目 和歌山 龍神丸。
4本目 鶏レバー焼き 九州産赤醤油タレ フワフワの食感。
5本目 牛のハラミ(サガリ) ジューシーで美味い。
6本目 鶏の大動脈 弾力の有る食感が楽しい。
鶏のササミ 清湯スープ漬け 一手間でふっくらと柔らかい。南高梅乗せがアクセント。
〆は素麺。麺がパツパツで美味かった。
やきとり店も7月半ばで暫くお休み。来年5月再開が楽しみだ。
