一キロとらふぐしろ二人で一匹買い。トリプル白子付、セミ海老。焼酎中々キープでお二人様分29800円。再来週も二回河豚地獄控えてます。
大将が成仏させたフグは料理人歴40年でのべ30000匹以上だって~(^_^;)。うち300匹は僕が食ってるかなあ?
今年最後の勝しんです。
四人で虎フグ2匹2.5キロ、虎ガニXL一杯、あらのかぶと、特大オマール一匹。
ひとり16000円なり。
今年早くも3回目の虎ふぐ\(^o^)/
でも美味しくなるのはこれからです。
二人で1・4キロを刺身とみかわと唐揚げ。おまけにあらのお煮付け。トラガニも伊勢海老も旨そうなのが入ってたけど酔っぱらって
試合終了。
さあてと、これから春のお彼岸までフグマラソンが続きそうです\(^o^)/
今年は天にとっては2年連続ふぐの当たり年だった。
7月下旬のこの日は少しちっちゃいけど800グラムの定置網もの。唐揚げドン\(^o^)/
焼酎はキープだけど豪華刺身もりとあらといわがきとオマール一匹食って11000円。
ところで食べログを見てここに来られる県外客のみなさま。せっかくコスパが売りのこのお店なのだからお任せでコース8000円以上は奮発してあげてください。十分見返りが来るはずです!
5月も半ば過ぎにおまかせでふたりではいったらまたもフグ\(^o^)/
何でも定置に1,5キロと2キロが一匹ずつかかったらしい。
ワンパターンもここまで来ると開いた口がふさがらない。
オマケに本あらのかまのお煮付けと毛ガニがハーフでひとり15000円。
もしかして今年はオールシーズンふぐ当たるかも。笑いが止まらん!
今年も今頃になって日向灘のふぐが揚がり出しました\(^o^)/
今シーズンも十匹は成仏させたかな~
白子は一度ドカモリ食ったが不作の年やったかな。
そしーてたらのめナウ。宮崎で勝しんが一番。サクサクの食感と口じゅうに広がる春の香りが圧倒的。
これは天ぷらにして塩で、が最高の食べ方です、異論を挟む余地なし!
伊勢海老は間もなくシーズン終了やけどふぐの脇役でお味噌汁。豪快に一匹丸ごと。
さて、これからまだしばらくふぐフィーバーは続きそうです。しかも浜値は高騰時季の半額以下\(^o^)/、キロ6000円。
来週もいこおっと。おっと、浦城の岩牡蠣もそろそろかな♪
この頃は、とうに飽きが来てしまったはずの三十年来の腐れ縁のお店だが。。。
週一で通ってる天。。。
何故って「誠実純粋この上無い」、彼のブラックホールのごとき吸引力についぞ、臨界半径を踏み越えてしまったのだ。
ひとたび引き込まれたが最後、もはやこの結界から抜け出ることは出来ない。
さて、しつこいほど今まで書いて来たが、ここで天が胃袋におさめたあらとフグの数はハンパじゃないぜよ。
しかも幸運なことに今年は6月になっても二キロクラスのムチムチフグが取れ続け、梅雨入り後半からやっと本あらにスイッチ。。。
旬の地元の天然鮎も、県北の岩牡蠣も塩水うにもめちゃくちゃ美味いんだけどそれにもましてこうも毎回モンスターあらをお見舞いされると(~▽~@)
彼の哲学をいつも耳にタコが出来るほど聞かされてきた。
「僕は人生で何度も死を覚悟してきたし、跡継ぎもいないし失うものなど何もないんです。経営なんて後から付いてくるものですよ。。。こうやって不自由な身体でも包丁を握れる限りお客さんに採算度外視で豪快に高級魚を食ってもらいたい。」
この一匹狼の生きざまと語り口には、うそ偽りの微塵も無い!天が保証人です( ̄ー ̄ゞ

二重苦の大病を克服してまたもヤツは帰ってきた。
ココを予約するなら難しいことを言わず食いたい魚を列挙して大将のオマカセで!
予算は最高のフグとか蟹とか普通の高級店の倍食べて飲んでもお一人諭吉二枚程度。(ふつうの女性はまず、一枚半で十分)
この日、冬の悪天候で シケが7日あまりも日本列島に居座って市場が高騰してるのに、とらふぐ白天然鉄さ 活き伊勢海老600グラム一匹
身詰まりビチビチプリプリの活きオマール500グラム一匹 フグの最上の部位ばかりをから揚げ3人前(およそ200グラム?)
一人で食い尽くしました。さすがに焼酎は川越キープなので無料だけど。白子まで行き着かず、無念。日本に帰ってきたゴジラに持ってかれるのかな?

大将はこれだけ繁盛してるのに稼ぎはワーキンングプアよりマシな程度。30年間美味しいものをお客にギリギリで奉仕したいという「炎の信念」を
一途に貫きとおした動かぬ証拠です。原価率は多分日本一かな。
昨年の10月に予約入れてたふぐ食い倒れ会を目前に悪夢の病魔が大将を襲った。病床に伏しつつも捲土重来を期すこと7ヶ月。。。
ついにヤツは帰ってきたぞっ。
この日、二キロシブダイとホンマグロのお造り、赤雲丹、1キロデカバン虎がにの焼き物、大名竹、そしてシブダイ兜煮。
復帰を祝って相方さんと森伊蔵キープ。お湯割で通す。以前と少しも変わらない豪快くいきり割烹を堪能。
大将、ママさん、これからもよろしくねっ。
3月中旬。
ふぐもいよいよフィナーレ近し。というかここ数日日向灘では獲れないのに需要はあるらしく天下の勝しんも僕らのためだけに2,6キロを一匹確保できたのみ。(これだけで原価17500円)あとは全部東京に行っちゃったそう。家族3人には十分すぎるけど。鉄さ、焼き、白子、から揚げ、さらにあおりいかとたらの芽の天ぷらにひれ酒4杯とビールで39000円。「本物を最安値で食える店」、勝しんの正直大将に今宵も感謝感謝♪
2月、ふぐ会二度。一回目は5キロの特大を3人で。焼きを死ぬほど。白子は純正は今季初!(残念ながら食べログで拝見する白子の多くは別売りの養殖系です。)二回目は1キロを一人で。からあげが相撲部屋盛り~っ!ひえーっつたべきれませーん。といいつつ完食

ついでにごまあらの煮付けと竹の子食べちゃった。ちなみに日向灘とらふぐ3月いっぱいまでだそうです。彼岸を過ぎるともっと安くなるそうですよっ。ただしいまでもお一人11000円ですけど(笑)
8月初旬、「夏ばて吹き飛ばせ会。」社長夫妻と4人で。写真一枚しかないがこの日も凄かった。しまあじ、赤雲丹、松茸ホイール体育会風、県北鮎、毛蟹、キンキダブル。食べきれないはずのに食べきっちゃう、超ど級素材のチカラ!久保田の万寿二本空にしてひとり11000円は安すぎるーっ?
GW明け、久々に I 社長と「サシの会」 彼は地元きってのガルガンテュアであり、あの「緒方」 「海味」のスーパーVIPでもある。
しまあじ、ほんあら、うに、するめいかの豪快な刺身盛りを賞味したのち、一キロの特大虎がに焼き、大名竹焼き、浦城より天のオーダーで取り寄せてもらった天然岩がき焼き、そして二キロのほんあらかぶと焼き。始めから〆まで変化球ゼロ、100パーセント豪速球。
ここの飛び切りの食材はやはり焼きに限る!

11月6日夜。ふぐ1.4キロを社長と。なんと解体すると新ものの白子がはいってた!今夜もにがさないわよっ!OOたまっ!松茸と久保田の万寿で勝しん劇場。吉本のブランニュースターと酒池肉林。こいつは秋から縁起がいいのおおおおっ!
9月4日カウンター4人。「バブリーにいきましょう!」天のリクエストに応えて主人、「きょうは久々の大物が入ったですわ~」 といって出てきたのは 9月2日解禁の伊勢海老、南郷より1,2キロ。でかっ!通常大味になりやすいサイズだが、大将の卓越した選魚眼で脱皮の数日前で身に養分を蓄えていたやつを確保!甘みとコク最高のうえ食感も新鮮そのもの。「活け作りなどみな同じ味じゃん」とかおっしゃる諸氏にぜひ一度試してもらいたい。たまにはいいもんですよ。そしてほんじつの真打ち、久々の12キロほんあら登場! あらとは?=くえ~っである!
ちょんわちょんわ。グルルル・・・今日は逃がさないわよきん○ま!解体されたパーツをみんなに指差しで選んでもらい、焼き、煮付け、骨蒸しと調理法も選べる。天は胸鰭つきかまを塩焼きで。。味は。。。ぷりぷりのむちむちのこりこりのきときと。名人芸の活け締めで磯臭さゼロ、ピュアではじけんばかりのグッドコンディションに感動!そして名残の鮎も薫り高くいい塩梅。。脇役のやまたろも味噌いっぱい、まつたけはいつものぎっしり土瓶蒸しとよその3倍ホイール焼き(天は炭火よりこっちが好き)最後はさっきのモンスターえびの味噌汁で〆。
お酒は食事に集中するため雲海酒造の芋焼酎の逸品「古秘」はじめからおわりまでずっと水割りで。

8月下旬再び食材の乏しい季節。「われらがエース、勝しんならなんとかなるっ」と祈りつつ来訪。わざとじらすのが得意なちょい意地悪大将、「今はホント魚少ないんですよ~。先生のためになんとかかき集めておきましたけどあんまりないですよ~。」といって出てきたのは、大間マグロ、大さば、ムラサキウニ、スルメイカ、シブダイ豪華盛り合わせ。おそらく県北産とおもわれる、大きいのに繊細な天然鮎。まつたけこの時期は中国産だが香り強烈な極上もの、どびんむしもホイル焼きもよその3倍、焼きトラガニ800グラム旬で甘みが強く、身も隅々までむちむちと。。。川越ロックで至福の夜。ふたりで諭吉二枚プラス消費税なり!
4月家族5人で。魚種の少ない季節の上に時化が続きさしもの勝しんも「ねたの確保に苦労しましたですわ~。」といってでてきたのは、1.2キロ蝉海老、刺身盛り(しまあじ、よこわまぐろトロ、地元ムラサキウニ、鮑玄海、みずいかみみ、大型いさき、ほんあら牡丹造り)日向はまぐりから一杯のむちむち身質ひとり2個、6キロ鯛のあらだきド~ン!さいごは素朴な勝つしん風おにぎりと日向夏でお腹一杯あっぱれ大将!久保田万寿と日向黒木挽あけてひとり11200円なり。
3月上旬名残フグの会、宮崎最強の食いしんぼ、I社長と17000円のフグコースで。のっけの鉄さからぶっ飛び(追加画像参照)まあ、想定内なんだけど。(笑)次の白子。残念ながら白子はこの日あまりたくさん入らず(といっても4切れだけど)迫力がイマイチなので写真とらず。次の焼きフグとからあげはいつもの規格外盛り。最後に雑炊お変わり付き。これで朝日酒造の呼友で19000円のつもりが社長が追加でたらの芽のてんぷらと焼きハマグリリクエストしたので2000円オーヴァーのひとり21000円也。皆さん公約を果たせずごめんなさい。
今このクチコミを書いておりますが疲労困憊のため長文解説は後ほど追記します。以下、簡潔に
この店に向いている人=ふぐ、あら、しぶだい、おこぜ、伊勢海老、蝉海老、虎がに、松茸、岩がき、赤海胆など宮崎、九州の誇る幻高級食材を死ぬほど食いたい人。
向いてない人=京懐石以外は認めない人。天然フグがいまだに大阪で10000円以下で腹いっぱい食えると信じてる人。食い物の旬を知らない人。小食の人。

この店は25年の付き合いになります。何度かケンカもしましたがここの主人はやっぱり宮崎一の正直者です。いままでここでアラもふぐも多分百回以上食べてます。あらはさすがに飽きましたがふぐはなぜか飽きません。画像に先週ここで食ったフグコースの写真のっけます。ちなみにこれに雑炊と久保田の万寿がついて、一人17500円です。3月上旬にはさらに白子がてんこ盛りになります。(しかもフグ以外の魚ならたいてい諭吉一枚です。)かつてG軍の某大物スラッガーがキャンプ中ここで白子をどんぶり食いしてたのですが今はアメリカにいっちゃったので僕におこぼれが回ってくるようになりました。さあ、諭吉二枚以内で天然フグ死ぬほど喰っていい酒飲みたい人、この指と~まれっ!
