ご挨拶も兼ねて訪問。
最上級の鴨鍋に舌鼓ですね。鴨ロースをさっとお湯にくぐらせて固くなる寸前にポン酢でいただきます。
その柔らか〜いお肉を噛みしめれば鴨独特な旨味が口一杯に広がり至福の一時でいつまで噛んでいたいわ…
最後は、勿論雑炊で締めます。
鴨鍋は、初めていただきましたが想像を超える美味しさにびっくり仰天です。串も存分に味わい最高に美味しい時間を過ごせました。ご馳走様でした。
