古い友人が誕生祝をしてくれました。
ラトラスは5年ぶりです。
相変わらずきめ細やかな接客に、食べる前から
心地よくて気持ち良いです。
乾杯は、スパークリングワインで。
あまりお酒が飲めないせいか、写真を撮り忘れます(最近多い)
〇2種類のフォアグラ、ガトーアイスクリームはパレットで。
こちらはフォアグラがよく料理に出るので、楽しみなのです。
〇オマール海老のコンソメジュレとカリフラワーのヴルーテ
ウニと温泉卵キャヴィア添え
スペシャリテで定番の前菜なのですが、実は今回が初めて。
これでもかってくらいオマール海老が入ってました。
こちらへは10回は来てるのに、これまでよくこれを外してたなと
感心したりして(笑)
〇函館産エイヒレのポワレ ベーコンポワローのクレーム
エイヒレが出てくるとは。ちょいとびっくり。クミンを使って
スパイシーな仕上がりに。エイにクセがあるのかな?
〇牛タンのグリエ ソースポワヴラード
メインは3品から選べました。牛タンのメニューは初めてみました。
弾力があり食べ応え有り。
友人は、ハンガリー産鴨のロティでした。
〇デザートは、イチゴのジェラート、グレープフルーツエスプーマ仕立て
クランベリームースの盛り合わせ。全部おいしかったです。
最後に、バースデープレートで小菓子が出てきました。かわいい。
贅沢な誕生祝をありがとう~~~♪
そして、レストランの方には、変わらないサービスをありがとう
ございました。
シェフは、私達が見えなくなるまで見送ってくださいました。
久しぶりに嬉しくなりました。
