ほぼ一年振りにお邪魔しました。
階段を降りて、お店の前に立つと、いつもの看板がお出迎え。
のれんをくぐると、清潔ですっきりした雰囲気の店内へ。
カウンターに座ると、美味しいものの期待に胸が膨らみます。
まずはビールと共に、前菜が出てきます。
それからはお任せとアラカルトを組み合わせて、一通り頂きました。
おかみさんの心遣いと、親父さんの確かな仕事と、息子さんのサポートが三位一体になって、素晴らしい味わいの世界を堪能できます。
いずれもとても美味しく頂きましたが、こちら独特のラインナップがやっぱり印象に残りました。
1. 白身魚のこぶ締めを自家製ポン酢と白胡椒を合わせたたれと共に。
2. 赤酢を合わせたガリと酢飯
あー美味しかった。
