あるお方から紹介されて伺った次第。
コースはランチは(15000円)(税別・サービス料別)
この日はちょっと調子が悪かったのでお酒は控えました。
料理の具体的な名前は忘れてしまいましたのでその印象だけ。
豪華な食材を惜しげも無く使い尚且つ素晴らしく美味く纏めあげイタリア料理と京都の和食の融合を果たしいるような感じの料理。
特に衝撃だったのがシンプルながら近江牛のステーキ(イタリア風に言うならビステッカ)、この間accaで食べた奥出雲の和牛を薪で焼いたビステッカに匹敵する。
今回は昼で個人的に(15000円)(税別・サービス料別)でもちょっと不安でしたが、むしろ(30000円)のコースが興味が出てきました。
来年にまた予約しよう。夜に。
