定期的に通わせて頂いております。美味しいのに苦戦を強いられておりますが、ミシュランを取りに行くという事で頑張って欲しいです。
食べた物
(15000円)+10%のコース。
内容は省きますが、魚の味を生かしたシンプルな味わいで塩も軽く上質です。メインの肉料理は何も言わなければ、多分但馬玄というブランド牛の炭火焼きです。結構何度も食べておりますが、飽きないで美味しく頂けます。シャラン鴨でも良いですよ(笑)。
欲を言えばコースの内容はもう少し変化が欲しい所ではあります。とはいえ魚のイタリアンでは質味ともにトップなのかと思います。
1つだけ苦言を呈しますが、妥協してガスバーナーを使ってしまった事は残念です。人手不足なので仕方ないですが、繊細な質のいい魚を使っているので出来るだけ避けて欲しい所です。ミシュランを狙っているのであれば、それだけで減点です。それでも美味しいので定期的に伺わせていただきます。
味覚音痴の戯言と聞き流してください。
