週末入るには予約必要ですね

テーブル4人掛けが3卓ほどで
奥にも座敷ぐ二つほどあり
なかなかこじんまりと広いお店
焼き鳥屋さんで修行した店主さんが
創るめちゃくちゃ美味い焼き鳥
あまり気難しい料理は
地元の人には受けず
観光客もthe新潟を食べに来るようだ
ワインやクラフトや各地の焼酎があり
アルコールも色々とある
気さくなオーナーシェフで話しやすい
アルコールや鶏や他の店の話
野球やスポーツ、東京の話など
幅が広いので話してて飽きない

つきだしはラタトゥーユ
スピードメニューのセロリと白レバーを注文
お客さんの食べるスピードに合わせて
出してくれた
麦焼酎に芋焼酎と泡盛
日本酒も新潟の美味い高千代限定酒
料理を邪魔しないものが多い
下戸じゃないから
料理にあうお酒も良く知っている
甘いカクテルや甘い料理はうまいのもあるが
今はいらない
鶏の6本コース
おまかせだが、ダメな食材はちゃんと聞いてくれる
かなりポイント高い
地元の人が少ないのは
なぜだろう
話していると高級なお店
という認識を持たれているようだ
1本100円位の焼き鳥屋行きたい人は
ここには居ない
そのレベルなのかな?
5杯のアルコールだがなかなかコスパは良い
串も8本、小鉢もあったのでいい量だと思う
嬉しかったのは、ステーキでも超レアなので
色んな話の中で、普段は出さないようだが
超レアでレバーを焼いてくれた
めちゃくちゃぷにぷにでジューシー
新鮮でないと出せない芸統
備長炭で手をかけるとこは
他の焼き鳥屋さんには見習って欲しい
どれも美味しかったです
