予約枠は瞬殺ですが、かなり公平に公開されているので挑戦の価値はあり!
初めてのにい留劇場、すぐにでも再訪したくなる、楽しくて、勉強になって、美味しい、素晴らしい空間でした!
印象に残ったメニューは・・・
・朝入った鯛の手当の上手さと、ごま鯖の個体の良さ
・過去どんな鮨屋や和食店でも食べたことのない独自の仕込みをされた鮑の異次元の旨さ
・これぞ天ぷら!という、あおり烏賊の食感と凝縮された旨み
・宙を舞いそうな鱚の軽さ
・スナップエンドウとロマネスクズッキーニの水分の多さ
・鮮度と火のコントロールで全く苦味を感じない鮎
・伊勢湾の鱧の軽さと旨み
・天草の紫雲丹と海苔の相性と力強さ
・穴子の秘技と文句なしの美味さ
・お腹いっぱいでも大盛りにすれば良かったと悔やむ天丼の美味さ
・1番良くない季節のさつまいもなのに、甘さと自家製ジェラートとの相性
などなど、感動の連続でした!
