恵比寿に移転し席数が24となったがアットホームな雰囲気は変わっていない。何度かの改装を経てシェフが目指しているパリのビストロの雰囲気に近くなってきた。料理と味の傾向は素材の味を大切にするカジュアルフレンチである。。荻窪の初期のころのは、シェフが修業したパリオペラ座近くの”Les Cartes Postales”の渡辺シェフのヌーベルフレンチ的料理を忠実に伝えたものが多かったが、恵比寿移転後は、若い年代の客層が増えたせいか、ややアクセントが強くなり、いい意味で大胆かつ先鋭になった。一皿のヴォリュームが増し、料理をシェアーしながら楽しむ路線での方向性を追求する傾向にあるようで、それもこの店の雰囲気と恵比寿の土地柄には合っていると思う。アラカルトのみにになったが、店のコンセプトを考えればよい選択である。シェフの探究心が旺盛で、常に新鮮な料理を提供しようとする姿勢は高く評価できる。ワインリストは荻窪より多彩となった感じでブルゴーニュやローヌの良いワインがある。ややあっさり系のワインと料理の相性が良い。スタッフにソムリエがおり聞けば丁寧に教えてくれる。
2019年9月再訪。鯖や蛤など旬の食材を使ったフレンチの完成度はますます上がっている。スタッフが揃い、ビストロ系としてはかなりの高レベルの店になった。店のしゃれた雰囲気もリラックッスさせてくれ、若者を中心に満席であった。わがおすすめナンバーワンレストランは不動だ。
