義弟が遊びにきたので、船橋で一杯やることになりました。
この店は結構な人気店なので、当日の予約ができるか危なかったけど、幸運なことに大丈夫でした。
こちらは船橋でも魚料理が美味しいと評判の店です。
でも、来たのは今日が初めて。
場所は駅の近くなれど、フィリピンパブやらクラブやらが入っている雑居ビルの5階。
他の店の方も気になりますが(^o^)
予約名を告げると、玄関近くの半個室に通されました。
急な予約なのに嬉しい心遣い。
まずはビールで乾杯。
琥珀エビスです。
今日は滅茶苦茶蒸し暑いのでビールは最高です。
お通しも旨い。
まずは、水茄子の糠漬け。
関東では馴染の薄かった水茄子も最近はすっかりポピュラーになりました。
さっぱりしていて最高です。
さて魚が美味しいというので刺身の盛り合わせを注文。
入っている刺身は、平政、鱧、太刀魚、本鮪、真蛸、真鰯、真鯵、真鯛、サーモン、しめ鯖、鮑。
むむ・・これは凄いです。
噂以上ですね。
鮮度も良いです。
ここまでの刺身を出す店が船橋にあったとは知りませんでした。
日本橋や人形町、門仲界隈ならいざ知らず、ろくな寿司屋もない船橋で見事なものです。
三田ポークの冷製
三田ですが牛ではなく、豚の方。
胡麻ダレドレッシングでいただきます。
豚臭さなど全くない。
ドレッシングが胡麻ダレというのがちょっと疑問ですが、夏場には良いのかもしれない。
冷たい炊き合わせ
優しい味わいです。
魚や肉だけでなく、こういう野菜ものが美味しい店は評価があがります。
ここはやはり日本酒でしょ。
かみさんと弟が福島なので、「雪村桜」(せっそんざくら)」を。
これがフルーティで最高に美味しい。
久しぶりに旨い冷酒です。
あんまり日本酒らしい日本酒は好みじゃないので、こういう酒に出会えると嬉しい。
夏野菜の掻き揚げ
色鮮やかな夏野菜の掻き揚げです。
塩でいただきます。
江戸前ではありませんが、あっさりしていて最高。
掻き揚げは火の通り加減が難しいですが、火の通り加減も抜群です。
油もきつくないです。
冬瓜の水晶煮
涼しげな姿です。
蕩けます。
甘味も程よく食感が素晴らしい。
ここで泡盛に変更。
やはり泡盛は飲みやすい。
最後は気になっていた、平政の焼き物。
あっさりした味わいながらも、塩の使い方が上手なのかしっかりしている。
皮が香ばしい。
ご飯が欲しくなる一品でした。
いやはや、噂以上のレベルで大満足でした。
