毎日の外食が楽しくなるグルメ情報
カフェとかケーキのお店で行ったことがないところを食べログで探していて知ったお店です。新座市役所から西の方へナビに沿って車を進めます。道中は、工場や倉庫が多く、先にカフェがあるとは思えない雰囲気です。駐車場は坂の上の方、月極め駐車場の左端です。止める土地が斜めになってるので、底を擦らないようにご注意を。うちのコンパクトカーは全く問題ありませんでしたが。お店は朝日プラザ武蔵野マーテルヒルズ弐番館（マンション）の前にありました。
2階建の建物の1F部分がお店です。2Fは美容室のようでした。入ると正面に冷蔵ショーケース、左の棚に焼き菓子、右が2人用×4卓を組み合わせて使えるテーブル席がありました。
店内でいただこうと思っていたので、ショーケースのところで食べたいケーキの名前を伝えて右の席へ。ブラウン基調の内装でシックな感じです。2名で訪問したのですが、2種類のケーキと小さなプリンをいただいてみたら、とても美味しくて、素直な味で、しかも繊細な仕上がりで、とても気に入ってしまったので、ショートケーキも追加でいただいちゃいました。
クレームカラメル（380円）
・・・那須の究極卵をふんだんに使ったプリンで、季節ごとに絵柄が違うムーミンのデミタスカップ付きで販売されています。カップは不要なら置いていっていいし、必要なら、洗ってくださるという気遣いのすばらしさ。このデミカップが意外と家で使えて、水出しアイスコーヒーを飲んだりするのにちょうど良くて気に入っています。
ショコラブラン（420円）
・・・アプリコット＆パッションフルーツのジュレとホワイトチョコレートのムースです。見た目よりもコクがあるというか深みのある味でありながら、底のフルーツがさっぱりしていて素敵なハーモニーでした。
ムースオショコラ（470円）
・・・ミルクティのクリームが入ったチョコレートのムースです。ドームの見た目がとても綺麗なだけでなく、チョコレート本来の味わい深さがある上質の一品に感じました。
ショートケーキ（440円）
・・・スポンジの絶妙な感じと生クリームの本物のおいしさに感激。子供のころにアンリシャルパンティエが今みたいに大きくない時にクリスマスケーキといえば生クリームだけでデコレートされたものがとても好きだったのですが、その時の生クリームのおいしさを思い出しました。
アイスティ（450円）
・・・・細めのグラスに入ったもので、これは美味しいけど、もうちょっとお値段控えめだともっと嬉しいな。
市内のよしみで少しお話したところ、パティシエさんは女性だそうで、おひとりで作っておられて、ご両親が手伝っていらっしゃるのですって。今まで志木のシンフラさんや朝霞台のオランジュさんが好きでしたが、ここが一番好きになりました。派手さはないけれども素材の良さが光る誠実なケーキを堪能できました。またぜひ伺いたいです。ご馳走様でした。先行レビュアーさんに感謝です。
