9/21(月)初訪問
京都にきはじめたときに初めて鯖鮨の美味しさを知ったお店でした。それ以降訪問したことがなく今回いつも行く割烹「Y」の大将の紹介で行きました。ぱっと見たときに怖そうな大将でしたが、お鮨屋さんの大将のイメージにぴったりな人です(ごめんなさい)。ビールはエビスがあり、何を食べようか考えているとまず穴子巻き(ご飯無し)を出してくれました。穴子の柔らかさとタレの味がうまくマッチ酒の肴にぴったり、赤貝ヒモ巻き(ご飯無し)、鯛の皮焼き(あっさりして魚くさくなくとても酒にあう一品。しかし、皮だけだから当たれば食べられる)小あじと秋刀魚の締めたもの、締め具合もちょうどよくって・・・味は小あじが美味しく、結構刺身にしたりして食べるのが大好きなので大変GOODでした。土瓶蒸しはマッタケの香りがよくって)酒は冷で立山・・・すっきりしてどんどん杯が空に・・・これから握りに。まず京都で最初に食べた鯖ずし、穴子、鉄火、鯛チリポン酢、卵、鮑、など1貫ずつ握ってくれたのでありがたかった。ここが大将の気風のよさでしょうか(^。^)お腹も自分でコントロールさせてくれて無理強いをしない考え方に感動。本当に美味しく一晩の食事をさせていただきました。今日も酔ってGOO、GOO、GOO!!本当にありがとうございました。また訪問します。
