長楽寺の帰り、電話したら席が取れたので訪問。
向かい合わせの斜交いに座り、感染対策バッチリです。
●ほおずきの前菜・・ほおずきの一つ一つに煮凝り等の料理が入っている
●鯛の刺身と鱧・・鱧は水で冷やさず、ほっこり温かいので食べやすい。鱧の出汁と骨の唐揚げ付き
●加茂茄子の揚げ出し・・容器の蓋は生の加茂茄子のヘタを使用。出汁も美味しく、一つずつ上手く揚がっている。
●イチジクの白味噌煮・・イチジクの味を消さないように、白味噌は控えめの味。
●黒豚煮・・赤ずいきと冬瓜の焚物が添えてあり、豚の上にはじゃが芋のあんかけがのっている。
●鮎ご飯・・鮎をほぐして混ぜていただく。汁物は、赤万願寺入りの蓮根餅。
●デザート・・黒蜜アイスと落花生くず餅
どれもこれも、たいへんおいしゅうございました。
