いただいたもの
ビール(エビス中瓶)・昆布佃煮(付き出し)・畳鰯・鰊甘露煮・日本酒(亀の海特別純米)・ざる(大盛り)
流石に大晦日、年越し蕎麦を楽しんでいる方や蕎麦前を楽しんでいる方々でざわざわしておりました
前回訪問では蕎麦前がかなり減ったとレビューしましたが、ご主人セレクションの酒肴がわずかに増え

春頃だと思うが何時も通りいっぱいやりに行ったらお店はお休み
数週間後に伺ってもやはりお休み
休みの案内も無ければ閉店の案内も無い、いったいどうしたんだろうと心配していたのだが
再開したとの情報が有り早速伺ってみました
扉を開けるとご主人とお母さんから挨拶が有り表情も以前と変わりなし、ホットしました
再開して変わった点は蕎麦前が劇的に減った事
以前から心配はしていたがやはり負担になっていたのかな
蕎麦は冷が4種で温が3種、本線は問題無しのようです
今回いただいたのは、ビールと三井寿に椎茸昆布煮(付き出し)、椎茸昆布煮お代り、ホヤ塩辛、蕎麦掻き、ざる
メニューには好物の蕎麦掻きの文字が無く凹んでいたが、一声かけると作ってくださった
蕎麦は相変わらずの細い麺線で針のような元気なものでした

最後に締めくくったのがこちらのお店です
流石に大晦日、厨房にはご亭主の他にもう一名入っておられました

綺麗な仕事の素材、お出汁は絶品、全て飲み干した
ここ数年の食べ歩きではダントツのおでん

素材は香川県綾歌産と書かれていた
綺麗な蕎麦切りでエッジも美しい元気な蕎麦
汁を少々含んでみたが透明感のある風味ではない
小皿には山葵と葱
蕎麦湯
流行のドロドロ、いや失礼ポタージュのようなもの、粉は綺麗に溶け込み
蕎麦は98パーセントとの事、残りの2パーセントの意味を尋ねると乾燥を考えた上での事でした

そして上品さを醸しているお母さんも雰囲気良し
蕎麦前から粋に過ごせる内容でこちらはオススメ!

美味しいお出汁の茶碗蒸し、アンチョビの塩気で酒は進むがアンチョビがそのまま乗っているので
匙では食べづらい、箸と匙を交互に使って食した
かけそば¥900-×1
美しい蕎麦切りで風味の良いお出汁、恥ずかしながらお出汁は全て飲み干した
こちらのお店に嵌ったようだ
