予約時、カウンター席で。夜は完全予約制の¥12,000コースで11~13品でるとか。
両国で一杯飲んでから、Googleマップに従って歩く、
平日の17時〜20時のみの老舗焼鳥屋『江戸政』の横目にお店近くまでいくも、
GREEN STOREのところで店の入り口がわからないとウロウロ。
入口は、あひ鴨一品 鳥安側が入口だった。
バーかと思っていたお店がここだった。
最初に到着したメンバーが、ペアリングにするかどうかを悩んでいて
まぁ、お値段上がるけど折角だからとペアリングでお願いしました。
最初の一杯はペアリングとは別に頂き、スタート。
カウンターなので、料理の説明など色々聞きながら頂きます。
揚げピータンのからすみがけ は、ピータンの嫌な香りしない!それを揚げるのも凄い!
などと色々ビックリモしながらペアリングは、紹興酒、ワイン、日本酒と色々取り交ぜて出てきました。
浸蒸鶏は、ドーンと大きい鶏もも肉をとろみつけた状態で蒸すとか。
YouTubeの動画が検索するとヒットしましたが、載っているのは、調味料とか色々入れていて、まったく違ったレシピだそうです。
蝦夷アワビ・冬虫夏草・干し貝柱・金華ハムの蒸しスープは、皆押し黙ってしまう美味しさ。
和牛ハラミの炭焼き の写真撮り忘れた。これは、肉柔らかくてちょっと和風な感じでした。
焼きそばは、麺細目でおいしかった。
ここで使っていた箸も使いやすかった。
油っぽくない上品でヘルシーな中華とスパイスとお酒を楽しめ、お皿も素敵だった。
そして、食後は胃もたれもしてない。あー、幸せ~な時間過ごせました。
このエリアは素敵なお店が多いので、食べ歩きにも来てみたい。
ペアリングつけたので、料金は2万5千円超えでしたが・・・(T T)
また、機会があれば来てみたい
