やっぱり、ここと、ウエスティンの中華は、好きです。
といっても、大阪の高級中華で、行ったことがある店は、数店舗しか、ありませんが。(笑)
他にも、良いお店は、いろいろ、あるんでしょう。
炒飯のような普通の料理は、特に高価な素材は、使われていないので、比較しやすいです。
出汁の味は、濃く、塩分は、強くなくて、料理人の技術力を感じます。
デザートの完成度も、素晴らしい。♪♪
