予約が取りにくくなって、なかなかタイミングが合わず、
久しぶりの訪問となりました。
生意気言って申し訳ないのですが、
何というか、料理の手の入れ加減が良くなりましたね。
以前から料理は美味しかったんですが、何か一手間加えてやろうという意識が
強かったように思います。
美味いものはシンプルに調理するのがいいですよね。
ダダミの塩焼きと牛タン、最高でした。

一度お邪魔してから気になる店の一つになりました。
この店のメニューは壁の黒板を見るのが一番です。
その日のオススメの横には、「今日のお得っ」。(笑)
早く使い切りたいものを「今日のオススメ」にしてる店も多々ありますが、(苦笑)
この書き方でちゃんと値引きしてるのは、もの凄く正直だと思います。
この日のお通しは、殻付きウ二。
黄身醤油みたいなタレがかかってました。最初からテンション上がりますね。
コチの昆布〆も旨みがしっかり乗ったところにオリーブオイル。
意外に馴染むもんですね。
カルパッチョというと、ただの刺身を使うところが多いですけど、しっかり手をかけてます。
軽く〆たサバ。
酢がきつ過ぎず、最初にちゃんと塩で締めてあります。
改めて〆サバは酢じゃなくて塩で〆るものだということを実感。
虹の豚は塊をじっくり焼いて岩塩で。
やはり塊で焼いた肉は旨いですね。中の火の通り具合もいいです。
新鮮な魚貝の炭焼き、パスタまで充実。
これで外れが少ないんですから...
酒も全国の銘柄を集めて、5〜600円程度のリーズナブルな価格で提供。
ボトルワインもいくつかあるみたいです。
この店は注文する料理の種類によってお客さんの印象が変わるんじゃないでしょうか。
いろいろな愉しみ方ができそうな良店です。
