2016年3月、コースを予約。ヒラメの潮汁仕立てに感動(刺身でしか食べた事ないのですが)ふんわり優しい味わい。
追加オーダーはバクダン、刺身と長芋の叩きを卵黄でまとめます、酒のアテに佳いので是非オーダーしてください。
2015年8月、今回は事前に予約し3000円のコースを味わってみました。
先付には活締めされた鱧の落としとミズを組み合わせ&豆腐の味噌漬けが嬉しい。
刺身、冷たいいときん豆腐、天ぷら、グラタン、木苺ソルベ、湯葉雑炊。3000円でこの内容は素晴らしいです。

2013年5月再訪時の事を書かずに6月再訪、写真も撮らず・・・・サボりすぎ。
やっぱり筍の天ぷらとグラタンが素晴らしい。
天ぷらで筍の甘味を堪能。
グラタン、ワラビ、筍、の春の恵みとアピオスが佳い組み合わせ。エビや鶏が入らなくても満足。
豆乳から作ったと思われるベシャメルソースが秀逸、濃厚だが油の重さがなく後口がとても佳い、洋食屋より好みのソースです。

やっぱり豆腐と出汁が佳いです・・・揚げ出し豆腐で此処の良さを堪能できるかも。
筍と山菜をふんだんに使ったグラタンも旨かった。去年よりさらに意欲的に山菜を取り入れて進化してますね~。
でも・・・間仕切りが薄いので・・・声とタバコの煙で隣が気になってしまいました。

今回の大当たりはホウボウの煮付け、小骨が多く少し面倒だが素敵な白身の魚でした。
変わり温泉卵、鰹出汁のジュレ使用だが某つけ麺屋とは段違いの完成度。
玉蜀黍の甘味とミズの食感が温泉卵を面白い一品に、大将うめがったっす。

気軽においしい料理が食べたい、そんなとき行きたくなるのがこのお店。
五月再来訪。
にぎやかな店内、今日は個室へ。安らぐ暗めの照明、携帯のカメラでは色が飛び撮影断念。
冷たいいときん豆腐でスタート、大豆の旨味甘みが嬉しい。鰹節の風味が際だってます、多分毎日カツ箱で掻いてるのでしょう。
山菜と京都産の筍の天ぷらは、筍の甘み、すがすがしさが佳い、山菜は地元の人間からすると上品すぎましたね~。
付けマグロの唐揚げはふんわり、どうやったらマグロが柔らかいままなんだろう?
牛スジ赤ワイン煮込み、塩味の角煮も肉の旨さを引き出しつつ塩分はぎりぎりラインの薄味が素晴らしい。
〆に頼んだ湯葉雑炊は何故前回頼まなかったのだろうと後悔する位に、ふんわり出汁でやさしい。
私の経験したお店では間違いなく現時点で秋田でトップ5の満足度のお店です。

掘り炬燵状のカウンターが落ち着きます。
様々な焼酎の瓶が並んでいてしあわせ。
ここの店主は豆腐を様々な手法で調理して楽しませてくれます。
なかでもお薦めは湯豆腐、出てきた器はまさに昔のお風呂。
程良い昆布出汁の湯船に入ってお豆腐が出てきます。
ちょっと厚めの鰹節とほんの少し醤油をかけていただくとじんわり美味しい
豆腐のみそ漬けも酒のアテにぴったり。
カレイの唐揚げもいいんです、綺麗に身を剥がされた中骨がパリッパリで、一匹丸ごと食べられます。
鶏のころパリ焼き、小粒なフライドポテトも是非頼んでください。
手間を惜しまない料理を気軽に食べさせてくれる嬉しいお店です。
