2016年2月、友人のカウンター貸切計画に便乗し初訪問。店内は禁煙の為か入口に灰皿があります。
しっかりした和のたたずまい、カウンター上方には雪柳が活けてありました。
青森産アワビの水貝と4種の豆、全員そろってから盛り付けるところが嬉しい。
お酒は瓶を持ってきてくれて写真を撮る愉しみもあり
熊本は天草の活車エビ、揚げ方違いで2尾、頭もふんわりと。
タラの芽は鯛と胡麻和え、少量づつ出る酒肴もセンスがいいです。
サヨリ、キス、アナゴも白身の味わい違いを楽しめました
秋田県産のホンモロコ、初めてモロコを食べたのですが癖のない淡水魚ですね~気に入りました。
赤ウニ大葉、塩を薦められましたがそのままでも絶品。
秋田県産アスパラ、こちらも塩無しでも美味しい
バッケ(ふきのとう)味噌、浦城の酒粕、クリームチーズ、松の味が入った浦城チーズいい酒のアテおかわりしたい

天茶で〆て幸せ、次回は天丼と赤だしかな?
親方のトーク、女将の気配りがなんとも心地よい。若いお店なのにポテンシャル高いです。
