電話の応対は相変わらず硬いけど・・・予約する甲斐があります。

2011年、5月昨夜は同業の超先輩達と
時鮭の焼き物、刺身、生牡蠣、突き出しのタコの酢みそ和えも良かったが。
バクライにやられ冷酒をヤリ過ぎました。(久保田生原酒、久保田、隠れ彦兵衛五百万石、此処は盛りが佳いので一合以上かも)
先輩達を送り出した後赤貝とタコ、イカで影虎で〆・・・・・過ぎました翌日夕方になって二日酔いを自覚。
ホヤとコノワタ、恐るべし。

五月下旬、この日の圧巻はカワハギ刺し、キモ醤油で頂く刺身はフグより好きです。
秋田では甘辛く煮たカスベ(エイヒレ)が一般的だが唐揚げも美味。
穴子とカッパ巻きは是非食べて欲しい逸品です。

2009、八月の中旬、妻の友人達の来訪にそなえ、お昼ご飯の出前を依頼。
ありきたりのチラシ寿司では・・・と考え以前マンガ「築地魚河岸三代目」で見た記憶を頼りにチラシ寿司の下にネギトロを敷いてもらいました。
なんでも都内某店が発祥らしい、マンガの知識なのでうろ覚え。
友人達にかなり好評だった様なので、後日改めて注文。
上のネタは並で、穴子を添えてもらいました。
色んな具が口の中で混ざって楽しいです、一人前2500円の価値は充分にあるとおもいます。
2008、三月に訪問。たまには地元で贅沢をと思ったら足が向かうお店です。
たいがい賑わっててなかなかカウンター空いてません。
まずは生ビール、この日のお通しは鯛のアラを薄味で炊いた物、やわらかく且つ鯛の繊維が感じられる歯ごたえ。
刺身も素晴らしいのですが、本鱒の塩焼きと、金目鯛のかぶと煮を先にお願いしました。
本鱒にはハジカミ、レモンは当然としてタルタルソースも添えてます、先ずはそのまま、表面はカリッと中は当然ジューシーで旨い、おそるおそるタルタルソースを付けてみたらやっぱり旨い、美味しさのためなら柔軟に対応する処が客を呼ぶのでしょう。
金目鯛もあっさりふんわり炊いてます。是はもう日本酒、新潟の銘柄が豊富、影虎をチョイス。
秋田の日本酒は極論を述べれば、味が芳醇なので食後にこそ相応しい。
握りの逸品は穴子、是非食べて下さい。
お腹いっぱいになって此の値段は奇跡的。地元の宝です。
敢えて小言、カウンターだけは禁煙にして欲しい、ボトルキープも無い方がよいのでは。
カウンターで、水割り自作しながらウダウダしゃべる客は飲み屋に行ってからにしてくれ。
