【2014年10月再訪】
久々にお伺いしました。
1500円のランチのにぎり、キスやサーモン、ホタテの炙り、鯛、イワシ、甘エビなどネタは○だったのですがシャリが以前と変わったような?
塩気だけが際立って旨味がないと言うか・・・
シャリの大きさもここまで小さかったかな~?
それと、今回は早い時間に訪問したのですが、ご主人一人だったので仕方がないのか知れませんが予約の注文らしき電話がかかってきて子機を肩と頬に挟んで話ながらネタを切っておられました。
「何だかな~?」って感じです。
ちょっとガッカリしました。

食べログで良いお店と評判の鮨 仙太さん初めて訪問しました。
平日のお昼、お店に入ると若いイケメンの大将とべっぴんの奥さまらしき方が迎えてくれました。
カウンター約10席とこじんまりしたお店ですが
ピアノ曲をBGMに明るく綺麗でゆっくりと食べられる空間です。
1,260円のランチのにぎりを注文しました。
内容、感想は以下の通り
・中とろヅケの炙り・・・・・ヅケの炙りはお初ですが、やっぱマグロは生が好きです△
・たい炙り・・・・・・・・・・・塩とスダチで・・・○
・あじ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・新鮮、美味◎
・サーモン炙り・・・・・・塩とスダチで・・・△
・ホタテ炙り・・・・・・・・塩とスダチで○
・きす炙り・・・・・・・・・塩とスダチで○
・玉子・・・・・・・・・・・・甘さ加減、やや香ばしい◎
・茄子あさ漬・・・・・・普通△
・太巻き・・・・・・・・・・焼いた海苔で巻いてあります。玉子と椎茸とかんぴょうと胡瓜入り○
・みそ汁・・・・・・・・赤出汁ではなく・・・甘めのやや白いお味噌、中味は青さ?と三つ葉△
・茶碗蒸し・・・・・椎茸、ぎんなん入り◎
追加で
・こはだ…・・・・・・〆具合が◎
・げそ(ボイル)・・握る前にサッと炙りツメを塗ったもの、柔らかい◎
シャリは関東風のあっさりめ、にぎり方も程よい固さで全て美味しかったです。
炙りものが多すぎて本来のネタの良さがわからない部分はありますが
ひと手間かけた寿司という見方をすれば◎なのかな?
塩&スダチのものが多いのも少しマイナスですが
1,260円円でこの内容のランチなら胸を張ってお勧めできるお店です。
因みに追加の分を合わせて支払いは1,575円でした。
