こちらは元寿司善の大将がやられています。上皇の料理人だったようです。
国産鰻を土佐備長炭で焼き上げてくれます。
お昼前に行きました。私の滞在中に5名のお客がありました。
テーブル席に座りました。上鰻重4,500円を注文。
冷たいお茶が出るのも嬉しいですね。
45分程で着丼。
肝吸いと胡瓜の漬物が付いてきます。
タレは甘さはそんなになくシャープなキレのあるアッサリした味わいでした。鰻の香ばしさをより楽しめる感じです。鰻は皮までパリッと香ばしい。ぶっくらした身を楽しめます。肝吸いはアッサリとした味わいでした。肝はモッチリしていました。
次回は御櫃まぶしを食べてみたいですね。
