こちらは和のモダンテイストな雰囲気の良いお店です。白木のカウンターに黒塗の壁板、コンクリートの床が映えます。
カウンターに座りました。目の前には生きた沢蟹、色とりどりの野菜達が鮮やかです。
先客が一組おられキャビアにワインなどを飲んでいました。
和食のお店ですがいろいろな要素を取り入れられているそうです。
また店主の達筆な手書きのお品書きは毎日書かれているようです。
まずは芋焼酎富乃宝山水割り600円とツブ貝旨煮をいただきました。肝の部分をうまく取り出すのにコツがいります。あっさりと上品な中に旨みがかなりいい感じです。コリッとした歯応え。
続いて芋焼酎赤霧島水割り600円をいただきました。付きだしとして魚の子旨煮を出してくださいました。口に入れると旨みと共にホロホロと崩れる様がたまりません。
芋焼酎泥亀水割り500円と共にミル貝をいただきました。お造りです。コリッとした歯応えの中にほんのりと甘みも感じます。
また海ぶどうが添えられていました。海ぶどうを食べるのは初体験です。プチプチした食感と磯の香りがいいですね^^
そして山丹正宗600円を冷でお願いし、牛イチボ網焼黄身おろし添えをいただきました。
添えられている野菜も新鮮で美味しい。牛イチボ網焼は黄身おろしとマスタードでいただけます。
かなり香ばしく柔らかいです。黄身おろしもまろやかな中にあっさりと。
マスタードでいただくとより香ばしさが強調される感じでした。
最後にサービスでチェリーを出してくださいました。甘酸っぱく美味しいです^^
お会計は10000円でした。
次回はホワイトアスパラの黄身ソースなどいただいてみたいです。
またこちら毎週木曜日限定で寿司も握ってくれるそうです。
