三田にある和食のお店、晴山へ行ってきました。
たか田八祥なんて知らねーよ、と思いつつ調べてみると、新日本料理っぽい感じ。今更、東京で新日本料理なんて新しくねえんじゃねえの?と思いつつも、お代がリーズナブルなこともあり、仕事を早めに切り上げて行く事に。
田町で山手線を下り、慶応大生の流れに逆らいつつお店へ。まさかとは思いましたが、桃の木の隣のビルのB1Fでした。オープン2日目なので花がいっぱいありますが、岐阜からの花ばっかり。まあそうだよね。おっとここで、某若大将の花を発見。これは期待が持てそうと思いつつ、お店へ。
入ってみると職人が大将を含めて4人もいる!すげえ気の入れよう。話を聞いていると、岐阜出身ということで、某中華料理店とも仲がよろしいようです。
出汁に貝柱を使ったりと、オーソドックスな和食というよりも、和食+中華っぽい。修行先が某中華料理店と距離的にも近かったとのことなので、影響を受けているのでしょうか…。 ハリハリの味がしっかりしていて、酒のアテに良い感じ。締めの茶漬けも美味しかったです。
サービス5%で、酒がおしなべて安い。九平次が1合\900は安いです。コースは7k、10k、13kとありますが、10kコースが安全パイかな。量が要らなければ、7kでも良いと思います。まだ少し量は多め。いやしかし今回は10kコースだったけど、10kにしては良いものを使いすぎなのでは?湯島、一二岐が流行ってしまったので、次はここが狙い目かと思います。
