銀座にある和食のお店、半くりへ行ってきました。
以前雑誌に載ったのを見かけて、行ってみたいと思っていたお店です。オープンして1年程度の、「くずし割烹」を銘打っている和食のお店。和食のコースというと実は細かい縛りがたくさんあるので、「くずし」として自由度を上げようとしているのではないかと思います。くずし割烹というと京都の枝魯枝魯が有名で、東京だと原宿にも系列店があるのですが、コース\3,980くらいでは内容が制限され過ぎてしまうような気がします。行ったことないですけど。くずしというと、恵比寿のかのふなんかもありますね。今回のお店はコース\8,500、サービス料はなかったと思います。生ビール一杯\600という、相当良心的なお店です。
時鮭の刺身は少し苦手なのですが、一応いただきました。昆布締めとのことでしたが、生の鮭なら火を通すかルイベにしてほしいな。創作和食というと、居酒屋メニュー寄りに見えてしまうのは難しいところかなと思います。でも雰囲気はなかなか良いお店。コース内容も、価格に合った良心的な内容です。銀座で高めの和食へ行くよりは、こちらのお店の方が使いやすそうかなと思います。
