初めておじゃましたのは、東京の知人に連れられてでした。
今回が2回目の訪問
今回も東京の知人とでした。
江戸っ子の知人は、蕎麦屋で酒を飲むのが好きで、ここのお店は酒肴が豊富で、何より旨い!
北海道では、蕎麦屋はそばを食べる場所で、さっさっと食べて、さっさっと出るイメージでした。
東京では、お酒を飲んで、締めにそばを食べるのが通だそうです・・・
お店の雰囲気は老舗を漂わせる重厚な佇まい
奥には、蔵を改良した座敷があります
まずは、お酒と肴を注文。
北海道らしい食材が並び、日本酒が進みます
何を食べても繊細な味付け
特に本わさびでいただいた、『タチカマ』(タラの白子をカマボコにしたもの)は、食感に特徴があり美味しかった
初めて食べた『そばの巣ごもり』は、蕎麦のあんかけや他焼きそば。あんが、蕎麦つゆなので不思議な感じがしましたね。
最後にお蕎麦をいただきましたが、そば粉が道産か本州産か選べます
もちろん道産を選択。
私は『鰊 郡来そば』をいただきましたが、わかめ・とろろ・ニシンの棒煮がのったお蕎麦で、食べごたえ十分。
お腹いっぱいでお暇しました。
ここのご主人は、東京のような蕎麦屋で酒が飲めるお店を作りたかったそうです。
間違いなく、東京の蕎麦屋には負けない、酒の肴が有るお店だと思います。
