場所ですね、宮古島市の繁華街のメインストーリート沿いの下里ですが、詳しい説明は全
く出来ないのでやはりいつものように食べログの地図で良〜く確認して下さい。
こちらのお店は約3年前に初めて伺い、料理の内容が素晴らしく、日本酒等の種類が豊富
なのですっかり気に入り、今回もしっかりお店に伺って来ました。
今回宿泊したホテルからは徒歩では厳しいので、お店にはタクシーで向いますが、地元の
方があまり利用しないお店なので、お店の場所の説明は「おきぎん」向いと伝えるとお店
に辿り着けます。それではツーメータの料金を支払い、お店に向い入店します、予約の旨
を伝えてカウンター席に案内されて座ります、あとは店主と軽く挨拶を済ませます。なお
今回の料理はおそらく以前ほど食べれない思って、5千円のコースでお願いしました。
1:先ずは北海道の夏のような気温の宮古島なので、「オリオン生」をいただきますが、
やはり沖縄で飲むオリオン生は最高です。
2:先ずは前菜が登場しますが、沖縄ではスタンダードな地元ピーナッツで作ったジーマ
ミ豆腐を軽く炙って葛餡とじたもので、とても優しいお味です。
3:次は椀物で、優しい出汁の中には大根と地元で獲れた魚(ミーバイ)が入っています。
4:そして準メインのお造りですが、こちらはアカジンミーバイともう一種類の魚を、地
元の塩と醤油でいただきましたが、私的には甘い醤油より塩の方が好みでした。
5:そしてお造りが出たので、お酒もサッパリ味の日本酒の「美丈夫」に切り替えます。
6:次は小鉢で、島で獲れた5種のを日本酒を飲みながらいただきます。
7:そしてメインは宮古牛の脂身が少ない「いちぼ」の炭焼きで、おろし酢醤油でサッパ
リいただけました。
8:そしていよいよ後半で揚げ物ですが、こちらも宮古島の野菜と魚をサックリ揚げてあ
ります。
9:そして飲み物もこの辺りで宮古島の泡盛を少し濃いめの水割りいただきます。
10:そこで出されたのが、宮古牛のスジ煮で甘辛い味付けが泡盛に良く合います。
11:そしていよいよ御飯物で、先ずは新漬けが出て、メインはナント!!!小さな土鍋
で炊かれた鯛飯です、一杯目はそのままいただき、二杯目は出汁茶漬けでサラサラ
といただき完食します。
12:最後は甘菓子で、こちらも宮古島の黒糖で作られた甘さ控えめのお菓子です。
一品一品の量は決して多くはないですが、やはり最後までいただき完食すると、とても満
足な気持ちにさせていただきました、それでは次回は連れと一緒に伺いたいです。
