遅い梅雨入りに熱帯低気圧による大雨。
天候が悪い中、その日に一本しか上がらなかった
太刀魚、鯵、偶然出会えた黒鮑。
今回一番の感動は『鰻』
浜名湖の河口、海側で捕れた天然物。
鰻の一番美味しく食べれる方法は...
天ぷらです!!
志村さんの技が合っての作品ですが。。
こんなにジューシーで食べ応えもあり
そしてあっさりと、油で揚げているとは思えない。
毎日食べれる(笑)
この日、最後に頂いた天ぷらでしたが
一番美味しく感じられた、素晴らしい一品でした。
また、話題にあがった
かぼちゃ、秋のキノコ、出会える奇跡を信じて
大阪に帰るのでした( ⁎ᵕᴗᵕ⁎ )
遠くても毎月通いたい。
そんな愛しいお店、それが成生です。
