伊勢からの帰りに立ち寄りました。
この旅の1番の目的は、ここです~♪
ステーキと悩みますが、やっぱりすき焼きをいただきます。
和田金の寿き焼肉は、少し厚めに切っていて、
その松阪肉をほどよい温度でじんわり焼いていくのが、和田金流。
上品な菊炭と南部鉄で作られた重圧な鉄鍋で、じんわり焼いてくださります。

濃厚できめ細かく、お肉にも合うワイン。
寿き焼きは、コースと単品(御飯 香の物付)から選べます。
ランクも、松竹梅の3種類で、お肉の量は同じで部位が違うらしい。
全部松阪肉なので、どれを選んでも失敗はないと思いますが、やっぱり松が食べたいよね(^^♪
コースじゃない方を注文しました。

松 1人前 13200円
部位はリブロースだそうです。
1人前 2枚で130g
菊炭と南部鉄で作られた重圧な鉄鍋で
つきっきりでじんわり焼いてくださります。

お砂糖と♪
たまり醤油♪
少し昆布だしをプラスして、じっくりと焼いていきます。
「卵をお割りください~」
「溶いてください~」
と、指示をくれます。
いわれるがまま卵の準備を(^^)
きました♪
いい焼具合で、お皿に入れてくれます。
念願の松阪肉の寿き焼です。
卵をしっかり絡めて、一口。
脂身が多めで柔らかく、上質なのでぷるぷるした脂身としっかりした肉質のなんともいえない食感(*´▽`*)
お肉も分厚めでボリュームもあります。
お肉を1枚ずついただいたら、お鍋にお野菜投入。
和田金の文字の入った京都の焼き麩はとてもモチモチです。
お野菜は、淡路の玉ネギ・大分のしいたけ・伊勢の青ネギ
など、産地にもこだわっています。
それにしても、しいたけ大きい~!
お野菜もそこそこに、2枚目の松阪肉投入!
卵も2つ目です。
最後の方は、少しお鍋の味が濃くなってきて、卵もう一つ追加したくなりました。
白いご飯があると、ちょうどいいのかも~。
卵もぷるぷるですね~。
和田金特製 牛肉の櫃まむし 1600円 (1人前)
寿き焼 単品に御飯がついていたのですが、
牛肉の櫃まむしもおすすめということで、気になるのでそちらにしてみました。
炭火で焼いた上品な味付けの牛肉と、そのままでも美味しい味の付いた御飯と、香り高い海苔と共に。
錦糸卵ものってます。
薬味は、山葵・三つ葉。
1人前で、お茶碗軽く2杯くらいです。
御飯に味がついていたのが、白ご飯の方が合うような気もしますが、
炭火で焼いたお肉もさらにいただけて、ちょっと得した気分です。
最後は、おだしをかけて櫃まむし風に♪
食べれたら、ステーキも食べてみよう(*´▽`*)
なんて、贅沢なことを言うだけ言ってみたりしてましたが、
お腹いっぱいでやっぱり追加は無理でした(笑)
何年かに1度は味わいたいお店です。
