僕もあえて書いてなかったんですが、みなさん書いているのでレビューします。
隠れた名店も有名になってきたようで、予約も取り辛くなってきました。
親父さんもご家族も、いつも忙しそうに働いてます、ピリピリ感じる時もあるけど、
一段落して話すと実直で優しい人柄が伝わってきます。
初めて伺ったのは4年前、テニス仲間の紹介で宴会(彼は数十年通っています)
白焼きにニンニクを載せるのは初めてで新鮮でした。食ってみたら美味い!!!
〆のうな重にも刻みニンニクを載せます。これまた美味い~
以降ハマって、年に何回か利用させてもらってます。
予約一杯で行けなかった時が無ければ、もっと利用頻度が多いはず(^_^;
以下、料理の紹介です。
■しゃもじ 300円
鰻の頭をなめろうみたいに叩いたもいのを杓文字に載せて焼いています。
これが酒の肴に最高で、ビールでも日本酒でもいけます。友人はお代わりしてました(笑)
■骨揚げ 400円
これも必ず頼みます。揚げたてのカリカリ&ホクホクはビールが進みます。
■白焼き 1500円
刻みニンニクと醤油タレを添えて出てきます。タレにニンニクを入れて食べるもよし、
私は豪快に鰻にニンニクをまぶしてからつまむのが好きです。
■肝焼き 1本200円だったかな?(失念)
大ぶりの肝はぷりぷりで美味しいです。品切れの時もあるので早めに頼みます。
■うな重 1500円
これも刻みニンニクを入れると美味しさ倍増です。帰りの電車の皆さんスイマセン(笑)
以上5点は必ずオーダーします(^^)
■その他
サイドオーダーで、自家製のお新香、おろし、焼鳥なども美味しいです。
もっとお金を出せば美味しい鰻を食べられる店はたくさんあるでしょうが、
大衆鰻屋としては最高峰だと思いますね。僕は鰻はこの店だけあれば十分♪
親父さんもいい歳ですし、跡取りもいなそうな感じが心配ではありますが、
いつまでも元気で続けてほしいです。
