平日のランチ2名で予約、お任せ¥3000コースをお願いしました。(¥6000のコースも選べるようです)ちょうど1年ぶり。
・握りと巻物、ツマミ、全20品。シジミの出汁から始まって巨峰で終わる点とか、煮鮑やネギトロ、イクラご飯、湯葉豆腐など前回と同じ定番ネタが半分くらい。今回は豪華食べ比べネタが本マグロ赤身&中トロ、手渡しネタはウニの握り。エンターテイメントとしても良く考えられている。
・お盆明けの微妙な時期のせいか、昆布締めやヅケのネタが多く、コレはコレで楽しめました。どれもキチンと美味しかった。
・職人さんはとても若いけど、威勢が良くて気持ちが良い。一生懸命さが伝わり応援したくなる。今回は女性の方が頑張っておられました。
・ランチ二部制の後半13時〜。総入れ替えに近いせいで雨の中、中々入れて貰えず不安になるも、一旦店内に入ると丁寧な接客でホッとしました。せめて待ち方を案内してくれれば良いのに。
・総評 ¥3000縛りでコレより満足度の高い鮨があれば教えて欲しい。若い職人の研鑽の場と心得、楽しめる方にお勧め。
