名古屋でお気に入りのイタリアンのオーナーシェフさん。 ビルの閉鎖により惜しまれつつ閉店しましたが。4年経った先月、岐阜県高山市ひるがの高原リゾート翠峯苑内に開店されたので早速、お邪魔しました。 完全予約制のお店はワンオペで営まれてます。 森の中で獲れるジビエ、きのこ、山菜を使ったお料理を頂けます。 目の前では薪焼きの炎が焚かれて室内はポカポカです。 ao ランチコース 5,500円 ・栗とポルチーニ スープ:別々の味を楽しんで最後は混ぜて頂きました ・白レバー・ルバーブ。薪焼きの鶏 アンディパスト: ・ひるがの茸ピーチ 森で採れた色んなキノコのパスタ。 パスタはピーチ。モチモチで歯応えあって好みでした。 ・栗豚 薪焼きの栗豚。豚自体の旨みがシッカリ。外側パリパリ。付け合わせのパプリカやマッシュポテトも良き。 ・ひるがの蜂蜜 デザート:シッカリコクのある蜂蜜のアイスクリーム ・小菓子 栗のムースに栗粉が掛けてあって最後まで楽しく頂きました。 ・食後のお飲み物 また、雪が積もる前にお邪魔したいお店です。

岐阜駅近くのカジュアルなお鮨のお店 【スシノキモチ】さんにお昼ご飯でフラッと来店しました。 食べログ点数3.61ってこの辺でダントツに人気店。 ランチタイムは簡単な定食メニューもあってボリュームもすごかったです。 【LUNCH MENU】 ・鮨屋のプライドを捨てた唐揚げ定食・600円（税込） ・鮨屋のだし巻きたまご定食 880円（税込） ・鮨屋の本気アジフライ定食 880円（税込） ・10時間煮込んだ豚の角煮定食 1080円（税込） ・鮨にもなれた刺身定食 •••1280円（税込） ・スシノキモチ 三段鞠 ・・1980円（税込） 唐揚げ定食600円税込価格って！安い！ その中から出汁巻き玉子定食を注文しました。 玉子何個使ってる？？？？？！ ってぐらいのだし巻き玉子のボリュームに驚き！ フワフワの玉子焼きにお出汁の餡掛けがご飯すすみました。 副菜も茶碗し、肉じゃが、もずく酢も付いててほんと高コスパでした。 I dropped by Sushinokimochi, a casual sushi restaurant near Gifu Station, for lunch. With a Tabelog score of 3.61, it's by far the most popular restaurant around here. They also have a simple set menu during lunchtime, and the portions are huge. [LUNCH MENU] -Fried chicken set meal that throws away the pride of a sushi restaurant - 600 yen (tax included) -Sushi restaurant's rolled omelet set meal 880 yen (tax included) -Sushi restaurant's serious fried horse mackerel set meal 880 yen (tax included) -Pork stewed for 10 hours set meal 1080 yen (tax included) -Sashimi set meal that can be used as sushi •••1280 yen (tax included) -Sushinokimochi Sandanmari 1980 yen (tax included) Fried chicken set meal for 600 yen including tax! It's cheap! From there, I ordered the dashimaki tamago set meal. How many eggs are used????! I was surprised at the volume of the dashimaki tamago! The fluffy tamagoyaki (rolled egg) topped with dashi sauce went really well with rice. It also came with side dishes of rice, meat and potato stew, and vinegared mozuku seaweed, so it was really great value for money.
