地下鉄新栄町駅から千早の交差点に向かって歩き、バローを越えてすぐを左へ入るとある。
カウンター6席と奥の4 人用テーブル2卓のみ。モダンな雰囲気ただよう店内。口コミでリピートしてくれるお客大切を大切にするため、瞬間風速で終わってしまうテレビグルメ取材は断っている。共感してしまう。
夜は、3500円・5000円・4000円のコースだが、あえてア・ラ・カルトを適当に組み合わせて4000円ぐらいで依頼。ネタの目利きもよく、ダシの当りも良い。久々のオススメ割烹。
会話も料理であることをよく理解しており、楽しい時間が過ごせます。
