2017年2月 再訪☆
とりあえずビールをやっつけて、
日本酒をくいっと呑みながらまったり。
ひとりでする食事は寂しいだとか、かわいそうだとか。
未だにそんな意見も受け止めるけど、個人的には、なにそれ?状態だ。
あ、この日のコースに出てきたのは、「のれそれ」♡
ふふっ(寒)
皆で食べると美味しい。楽しい。
ひとりで食べると皆で食べている時には気がつかなかったことや
感じなかったことなどにも、ハッとする瞬間がある。
どっちがいい・わるいじゃなくって、それぞれにいい。
それだけ。
というわけで、この日もカウンターでひとり、まったり。
丁寧に造られた鈴木さんのお料理をゆっくりといただく贅沢な時間。
このお店の色を考えるとしたら(あ、勝手にです)何色だろうと
考えていたら、朱色が浮かんだ。
なぜ朱色かというと、こちらのお料理、店主鈴木さんには、
奥の方で秘めた情熱とか、熱いものを感じるから。
なので、朱色に包まれつつ今宵は過ごそう、うん、決定。(勝手に)
相変わらず、品数の豊富さに驚かされる。
定番の品の安定感も健在。
毎度いただく玉ねぎのソースは甘くてとろみがあって本当に美味しい。
炊き込みご飯もお水の加減がドンピシャで固め派同盟にとっては嬉しい限り。
御椀はあまだいと加賀蓮根が種。
加賀蓮根のすりおろしは、もっちり。根菜らしい香りと
あまだいのふわんとした甘みのバランスが良かった。
御飯の前の口直しのトマト。これがとてつもなく甘くってジューシーで美味。
上にかけてある土佐酢のジュレもきりっとした酸味がトマトの甘みとあっていて良かった。
今回も10,000円にして大満足。
この価格帯にして、これくらいの満足感が得られるのはとても貴重だと想う。
店主、鈴木さんもとても気さくな方で魅力的。
