【札幌の旅 3日目③】
ランファン・キ・レーヴでランチを頂き
丸美珈琲店で珈琲を頂いた後に「すすきの」まで向かい
伺ったのは此方のお店。
鮨の魚政で朝鮨を堪能したけれど
やっぱり夜にもお鮨を食べたい♪
札幌旅行は今回で2回目だけど、「すすきの」に来るのは初めて。
すすきの駅からスグのところにあり、お店のトイメンにはJRAウインズ札幌があります。
平日の19時に2日前の予約で伺いました。
白木のカウンターに、高級感溢れる店内ですが、初めてでも落ち着ける雰囲気でした。
ご主人の気さくなお人柄がそうさせているのかもしれません。
ご常連と私の2名、そしてご主人。
時折会話に混ぜて頂きながら終始和やかな雰囲気でした。

いずれも北海道のお酒です。
特に美味しかったのが、北斗随想。
北海道栗山町という所で生産されているそうです。
甘みがキレイで、お米の旨みとのバランスが素敵なお酒。
これはまた是非是非頂きたいお酒。
とっても気に行ってしまいました!!

鮮度の良さはもちろんのこと、丁寧な仕事ぶりと
若きご主人の創意工夫に満ち溢れた逸品を楽しめるお店でした。
例えば、脂の乗った秋刀魚に胡麻と沢庵を混ぜて、「胡麻鯖」風にアレンジしてみたり
脂乗りが良すぎる鰤をあえてスモークしてみたり。
胡麻鯖好きなんです、という話をしたらご主人も常連さんも激しく同意して下さり(笑)
盛りあがりました。・・・・とういうことで、久しぶりに胡麻鯖が食べたくなってしまった(^^ゞ
自家製のカラスミや〆た鰆、あん肝も本当に美味しかった。
・・・・・お酒がすすまないわけがありません(笑)
そしていよいよ、握りへ。
つまみで結構お腹が満たされていたので、シャリを少し少なめにして握って頂きました。
それでも10巻食べてますね(笑)
シャリは赤酢を使用。
口に含むとほろりとほどけネタとの一体感も申し分なし。
いやー、旨し!!!
それにしても、たっくさん食べました(笑)
これでトータル、お酒を入れて15720円でした。
つまみが多めのコースなので、「握りだけで」というお客さんもいらっしゃるようです。
ある程度は予算に合わせてくれるようなので相談されるのが良いかも。
つまみも握りもお酒もたっぷり堪能してのこのお値段、CPは高いと思います。
札幌に来た際は是非また立ち寄りたいお店です♪
